to carry out to ten-day time, according to the procedure of exception, selection of the best offers on determination of suppliers of modern office equipment and the computer equipment for retrofitting of the centers "one window";
provide strict control of compliance of the purchased office equipment and computer equipment to the established minimum requirements.
