About the organization of summer holiday of children and teenagers in 2016

1. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, city of Dushanbe, cities and areas, heads of the ministries and departments:

- for effective carrying out summer holiday and improvement of children and teenagers in camps and rest areas to provide target use of the means provided on these purposes;

- till May 15, 2016 to complete works on construction, repair, the equipment of buildings, sports grounds, pools, gardening of country, sports and recreation camps and to provide information on their readiness for summer holiday of children and teenagers in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- to resolve opening of all types of camps only based on the conclusion of state bodies of sanitary and epidemiological surveillance;

- provide country, sports and school the camp with seasonal workers, and also provision of permits for orphan children, without parental support, children from needy families and exceptional children.

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan till May 1, 2016 to provide to the agency of social insurance and pensions timely allocation and money transfer, provided for rest and improvement of children and teenagers of Federation of independent labor unions of Tajikistan, and together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to exercise control of their target use.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan methodical management of the organization of summer holiday of children and teenagers and to take necessary measures for effective holding teaching and educational actions and providing camps with pedagogical personnel.
