1. Approve the enclosed Methodical approaches to the analysis of the documents and data necessary for implementation of foreign economic activity, assessment of degree and possibility of unification and harmonization of data from the specified documents, and also to assessment of possibility of execution of electronic documents.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
