About modification of the Regulations on procedure for survey of citizens in medical labor commissions of experts

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 18, 2015 No. PP-2302 "About the State program "Year of attention and care of the senior generation" and for the purpose of increase in security of elderly people and disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation, strengthening of their integration into the society Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Make changes to the Regulations on procedure for survey of citizens in medical labor commissions of experts approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 1, 2011 No. 195 (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 7, the Art. 60), according to appendix.

2. Determine that providing with orthopedic products, and the chair carriages of the needing persons of retirement age who do not have group of disability is performed by technical means of rehabilitation based on medical certificates of the medical and advisory commissions of treatment and prevention facilities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the procedure, established by the legislation.

3. To the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
