About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 28, 2003 No. 289 "About approval of Regulations on licensing of sales activity of oil products"
For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for the companies which are engaged in wholesale trade by oil products and simplification of the procedure of receipt of licenses for activities for realization of oil products (except realization of oil products through gas stations and exchange bureaus of oils), the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 28, 2003 No. 289 "About approval of regulations on licensing of sales activity of oil products" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 6, the Art. 50) changes according to appendix.
2. The state inspection of Uzgosneftegazinspektion under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other interested ministries and departments to provide the regulatory legal acts adopted by them according to this resolution in a month.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
