Approve the Procedure for expense determination on compensation, considered in rates for services in distribution of electrical energy, transfer of electrical energy, to management dispatching (operational technologically), services of the supplier of universal services, production thermal and production of electrical energy which is applied.

2. On regulation of the relations in the field of power to provide to department submission of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
