1. Approve regulations of the state service "Accreditation or Prolongation of Term of Accreditation of the Agency on Adoption" in edition according to appendix to this order.

2. To committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Orazaliyeva Z. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, official publication;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Imangaliyev E. N.

4. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.
