About some questions of republican property

According to article 178 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Liquidate non-commercial joint-stock company "Turkic Academy".

2. To provide to committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation taking measures, following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 21, 2010 No. 1090 "About creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Turkic Academy";

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 15, 2010 No. 1369 "About some questions of non-commercial joint-stock company "Turkic Academy" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 6, the Art. 69).

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
