According to part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities decides:

1. Approve the Standard agreement of supply of natural gas to residential customers that is applied.

2. To the subjects of managing performing based on the license activities for supply of natural gas to residential customers to bring the contractual relations according to requirements of the Standard agreement of supply of natural gas to residential customers into three-months time from the effective date of this resolution.

3. On regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
