1. Approve:

1) the standard rate of inventory by types of pesticides according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of use of inventory of pesticides according to appendix 2 to this order.

Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2012 No. 18-03/159 "About approval of Rules of use of inventory of pesticides (agricultural chemicals)" (No. 251-253 (27070-27072)) published on August 4, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7645,.

3. To provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
