Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 No. 954 "About System of annual efficiency evaluation of activities of the central state and local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value, the capital" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 24, the Art. 173) the following changes:
in System of annual efficiency evaluation of activities of the central state and local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value, the capital approved by the above-named Decree:
7) of Item 10 to exclude the subitem;
2) and 7) of Item 16 to exclude subitems;
exclude subsections 4.2 and 4.7.
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
