1. Create Public institution television of Sinamo.

2. Approve the Charter and structure of Public institution of television of Sinamo (are applied).

3. Establish the extreme number of staff of Public institution of television of Sinamo at the expense of means of the republican budget in number of 75 units.

4. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in a month in accordance with the established procedure to provide to committee on television and radio Public institution the television of Sinamo with the building, technical equipment, transport and other necessary property.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan according to Item 3 of this resolution the salary fund and expenses connected with activities of Public institution of television of Sinamo since January 1, 2016.

6. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in forecast indicators of social and economic development of the republic for 2016 and the next years to plan increase in amount of broadcasting, expansion of coverage zone of programs of Public institution of television of Sinamo and to provide funds for these purposes.
