About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 16, 2014 No. 35 "About questions of production organization of cars" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 18.01. 2014, 1/14764) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 1:

exclude the words "till July 1, 2019.";

after the words "on assembly of cars" to add Item with the words "for 2012-2030";

1.2. in Item 2:

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "on designing and construction of the plant and objects of internal engineering and transport infrastructure to it" "on designing, construction and picking of the plant and objects of internal engineering and transport infrastructure to it "on a turn-key basis", and also engineering services, land management and other works connected with construction of the plant";

in paragraph three of the word "investment and construction municipal unitary enterprise "UKS-Borisov" (further-ISKUP UKS-Borisov)" shall be replaced with words "the utility affiliated unitary enterprise "Management of Capital Construction of Borisovsky District" (further - the company "UKS of Borisovsky District")";

1.3. add the Decree with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Objects of internal engineering and transport infrastructure to the plant after completion of their construction are subject to voluntary conveyance in accordance with the established procedure in state-owned property.

Objects of internal and external engineering and transport infrastructure to the plant are assigned on the right of economic maintaining (operational management) to the operational organizations without state registration as real estate units based on deeds of conveyance of the costs made during creation of objects of internal and external engineering and transport infrastructure to the plant and the documents confirming completion of their construction and compliance of the project documentation.
