2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and Federal Air Transport Agency with participation of the interested federal executive bodies offers on modification of regulatory legal acts in connection with adoption of this resolution, including offers on change of the number of staff and the amount of financing.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 27, 1998 No. 360 "About federal rules of use of airspace and federal aviation rules" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 14, Art. 1593; 2000, No. 17, Art. 1875; 2010, No. 28, Art. 3705):

a) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "and to the Interstate Aviation Committee" to exclude;

b) in the Regulations on preparation of federal rules of use of airspace and federal aviation rules approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 2:

add the subitem "b" with words ", and also the federal aviation rules establishing requirements to the legal entities performing development and production of aircrafts and other aircraft equipment";

declare the subitem "g" invalid;

in item 4 of the word "and the Interstate Aviation Committee if they contain the provisions concerning activities of this Committee" to exclude;

in Item 6:
