According to subitems 55-3) and 55-29) of Item 3 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 17, 2002 "About merchant shipping" and the subitem 4) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) sample of the professional diploma, according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) model of confirmation of the professional diploma, according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) Rules of issue, suspension of effective period, withdrawal of the professional diploma, confirmation of the professional diploma, preferential permission, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the qualification requirements imposed to crew members of the vessel according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To committee of transport of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Asavbayev A. A.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
