To the industry ministries and departments, local executive bodies of the government within the established quotas, taking into account priority of pedagogical and medical specialties, annually till August 1 to develop the name of specialties for gifted girls and young men the next academic year and to represent to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan.
