About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299

According to Item 2 of article 57 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 20 of appendix No. 2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299 "About application of sanitary measures in the Eurasian Economic Union" changes according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

a) the changes provided by appendix to this Decision in the part concerning content of residual amounts of pesticides are not applied to release into the stream of commerce of the grain which is object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of grain" (TR CU 015/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 874, for assessment of conformity and the state control (supervision) before entering of corresponding changes into the specified technical regulation;

b) till January 1, 2016 production and release into the stream of commerce of food products according to the mandatory requirements established by the acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union or the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in the part concerning content of residual amounts of pesticides in the presence of the documents on assessment of conformity of products to the specified mandatory requirements issued or accepted before entry into force of this Decision are allowed;
