About approval of Methodology of assessment of effectiveness of activities of heads of district, city departments of education, heads of the preschool and school educational organizations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of assessment of activities of heads of district, city departments of education (further - Paradise / GOROO), heads of the preschool, school educational organizations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, I order:

1. Approve Methodology of assessment of activities of heads Paradise / GOROO, heads of the preschool and school educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix 1).

2. Approve structure of the commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic according to effectiveness of activities of heads Paradise / GOROO and heads of the preschool and school educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic (appendix 2).

3. Management of the public and personnel service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (sector of clerical work of A.DZh. Orozaliyev):

- inform of this order under list of heads of structural divisions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- till October 30 to send this order on system of electronic clerical work to regional institutes of education, city and district departments of education.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
