About modification of the "Provision on procedure for maintaining the state register of invalid documents" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 12, 2007 No. 543

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of "Provision on procedure for maintaining the state register of invalid documents" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 12, 2007 No. 543 in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the individual ID card of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic who did not reach 15-year age", I decide:

1. In the "Provision on procedure for maintaining the state register of invalid documents" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic about March 12, 2007 No. 543 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 3, Article 222; 2008, No. 8, Articles 720, 722, No. 11, Article 980; 2009, No. 1, Article 11, No. 11, Article 882; 2010, No. 10, Article 858; 2013, No. 9, Article 1043) to add Item 8.1-1 of the following content:

"8.1-1. the individual ID card of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic who did not reach 15-year age;".

2. This Decree becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
