About creation of the state register of invalid documents

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic" of August 2, 2006 I decide No. 438:

1. Create the State register of invalid documents.

2. Determine that the State register of invalid documents is kept by Service of the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic under the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. Approve "Provision on procedure for maintaining the state register of invalid documents" it (is applied).

4. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within two months:

4.1. resolve issue of allocation of financial resources for development of the specification on creation of the state register of invalid documents, including preparation of the software and ensuring information exchange;

4.2. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

5. Charge to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, to the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Border Service of the Azerbaijan Republic, to the Ministry of digital development and transport of the Azerbaijan Republic to provide bringing the data which are subject to inclusion in the State register of invalid documents to Service of the State register of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic under the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic.

6. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
