About approval of the Program of legal training and education of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2009 - 2019

1. Approve the enclosed Program of legal training and education of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2009 - 2019.

2. To provide to heads of the ministries and departments unconditional accomplishment of all actions provided by the Program.

3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 22, 1997 No. 383 "About some measures for improvement of legal education of citizens and legal work in the republic" the following changes:

- exclude Item 2;

- in Items 9 and 10 of the word of "The minister of safety of the Republic of Tajikistan", and to "Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" to replace "The chairman of Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" respectively with words of "The chairman of the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan", "The chairman of Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" and to "Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- consider invalid the Program of legal education and training of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by this resolution.
