About approval of the Regulations on the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus

(as amended on 14-12-2021)

Based on part five of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2009 "About the electronic document and the digital signature" I ORDER to No. 113-Z:

1. Approve Regulations on the State management system by open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2012 No. 79 "About some questions of functioning of the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.10. 2012, 7/2222);

subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the order of Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus of July 30, 2013 No. 51 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 16, 2013 No. 196" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.08. 2013, 7/2490);

the order of Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2013 No. 53 "About approval of the Regulations on root certification center of the State management system open keys of verification of the digital signature of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.08. 2013, 7/2503).

3. This order becomes effective after its official publication.
