About the System concept of the analysis of regulatory impact in the Republic of Tajikistan

2. Determine the National center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan authorized body by the analysis of regulatory impact in the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. To the national center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and the relevant ministries and departments within two months in accordance with the established procedure to develop and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the project of regulatory legal act about creation of the relevant structure, and also to financing and the organization of its activities.

4. To the national center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to create under the management the Working group on carrying out the pilot analysis of regulatory impact with involvement of specialists of the relevant ministries, departments and independent experts.
