About modification of the Charter of National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. To state Item 13 of the Charter of the National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of January 21, 1993 No. 45 "About National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan" in the following edition:
"13. The authorized capital of Bank constitutes 79 000 000 000,00 (seventy nine billion) sum and 400 000 000, (((four hundred million) US dollars which are equivalent to bags at the Central Bank rate on the date of transfer of funds for increase in authorized fund at the expense of the means paid by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and earnings capitalization of Bank".
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make corresponding changes to the agreements on provision of target credit line signed between them within program implementation on construction of individual housing according to standard projects in the rural zone.
3. To provide to National Bank of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the procedure established by the legislation registration in the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the changes in the Charter of bank brought according to this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
