According to the paragraph the fifth Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2005 "About some measures for support of entrepreneurship" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 148

1. Approve the list of the documents submitted to the controlling (supervising) bodies by the individual entrepreneurs who are payers of the single tax from individual entrepreneurs and other physical persons, or by the physical persons involved by them it (is applied).

2. Determine that the requirement the controlling (supervising) bodies about provision by the individual entrepreneurs who are payers of the single tax from individual entrepreneurs and other physical persons, or the physical persons of the documents which are not called in the list specified in Item 1 of this resolution involved by them is not allowed, except as specified, provided by legal acts.

3. To republican state bodies in two-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures necessary for implementation of this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2005, except for Item 3 and this Item which become effective from the date of its acceptance.
