About modification and amendments in the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2015 No. 73 of April 12, 2015

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2015 No. 73 of April 12, 2015 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 102-104, 174), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article of 1 figure "13478315,"", "13566472,8" and "88157,"" to replace respectively with figures of "13619651,3", "13670598,1" and "50946,8".

2. Add the law with Article 8-1 of the following content:

"Art. 8-1. – (1) the Size of monthly benefit on education of the child before achievement of age by it constitutes three years 30 percent of the basis for calculation established in article 7 of the Law on temporary disability benefits and other benefits of social insurance No. 289-XV of July 22, 2004, but at least 440 lei on each child.

(2) the Size of monthly child care allowance before the achievement of age by it one and a half years provided to uninsured persons constitutes 440 lei.".

3. State appendices 1 and 2 according to appendices 1 and 2 to this law.

Art. II. – Provisions of Item 2 of article I are applied since October 1, 2015.
