Article 1

Article 169 of the Housing code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 1, Art. 14; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7596; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6982; 2015, No. 27, the Art. 3967) to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Article 2
