In Items 2 and 13 of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out competitive selection of projects (programs) for cross-border cooperation which can be included in the state program of development of the cross-border cooperation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2005 No. 339 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 19, by Art. 1000; 2013, No. 66, the Art. 2394) to replace the word of Ministry of Economic Development with the word Ministry of Regional Development.
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 23, 2007 No. 751 "About approval of the Procedure for preparation, the conclusion and agreement performance about regional development and the corresponding standard agreement" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 39, Art. 1546; 2011, No. 81, Art. 2973; 2012, No. 61, Art. 2480):
To "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of the word to "Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing";
2) according to the procedure, approved by the specified resolution:
in the paragraph the second Item 10 of the word "Minister of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words "The vice-Prime Minister - the Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing";
