1. Determine form of the standard agreement of trust management of the shares in authorized funds belonging to certain state officials (shares) of the commercial organizations according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
2.1. the trust management agreement of the shares in authorized funds belonging to certain state officials (shares) of the commercial organizations between open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank and persons specified in part one of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus consists in simple written form by creation of one document signed by agreement parties;
2.2. the application form, the Law of the Republic of Belarus specified in part six of Article 20 "About fight against corruption", is established by open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 8, 2008 No. 1313 "About some questions of trust management of the shares (shares, the rights) belonging to certain state officials in authorized capitals of the commercial organizations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 222, 5/28325).
4. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
