1. Bring in the Payment procedure of monetary compensation of cost of sanatorium treatment to some categories of citizens approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2004 No. 785 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 24, Art. 1598; 2008, No. 51, Art. 1693; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3078; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249), and the Payment procedure to some categories of disabled people of monetary compensation instead of the sanatorium permit and cost of independent sanatorium treatment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2007 No. 150 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 10, Art. 358; 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249), changes which are applied.
2. Determine that to disabled veterans who received sanatorium permits according to the Procedure for ensuring some categories of citizens with sanatorium permits with structural divisions concerning social protection of the population Kiev and Sevastopol of the state administrations, district, district in, executive bodies of city councils approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2006 No. 187 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 8, of Art. 444; 2013, 96, the Art. 3552) is paid to No. by structural divisions concerning social protection of the population Kiev and Sevastopol of the state administrations, district, district in, executive bodies of city councils compensation of fare in sanatorium organization and back in common carrier (railway and automobile) according to the provided tickets.
