1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for development of town-planning documentation on development and building of the territories of the cities and city settlements (further - town-planning documentation), and also their realization according to appendix No. 1;

the schedule of development (updates) of master plans of Nukus and the cities administrative centers of areas for 2016 - 2019 (further - the schedule) according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish procedure according to which are involved in development of town-planning documentation, on the basis of agreements, for forming of forecast calculations for the long-term and medium term in part:

social and economic development of the territories - Institute of forecasting and macroeconomic researches under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

developments of social infrastructure, including service industries, educations and health cares - Institute of social researches under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

developments of the territorial industry taking into account available natural and mineral raw material resources - Republican design institute "Uzinzhiniring";

determinations of list of land users, the agricultural and other holdings included in project borders of settlements - Scientific design institute on land management of Uzdaverloyikh.
