1. Approve the enclosed forms intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on the Fires Requested from Territorial Authorities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
1) the form intended for collection of administrative data General information about the fires and death of people;
2) the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on burning cases not subject to accounting as the fires;
3) the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on origins of the fires;
4) the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on objects of emergence of the fires;
5) the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on the fires in the residential sector and their effects;
6) the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on the steppe fires and fire;
7) the form intended for collection of administrative data of the Information about the dead and the injured people from poisoning with carbon monoxide in the residential sector as a result of violations of requirements of fire safety without emergence of the fire.
2. (Petrov V. V.) to provide to committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order, its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
3) the direction of the copy of this order within ten calendar days from the date of its obtaining in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2014 No. 320 "About approval of the forms intended for collection of administrative data of the Data on the fires requested from territorial authorities of Committee on emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9636, published in information system of law of Ad_let on September 16, 2014).
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bozhko V. K.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
