1. Approve the Program of implementation of the Concept of the state information policy of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas of the republic according to the terms established in the Program to develop and realize own programs within annual assignments of the budget.
