About questions of implementation of subear financing of organizations of primary health care

1. Since January 1, 2016 step by step to implement the mechanism of subear financing taking into account all expenditure items in organizations of primary health care of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. Approve the Procedure for financing of organizations of primary health care according to the mechanism of subear financing taking into account all expenditure items (appendix 1).

3. Approve the minimum standard rates and special coefficients of subear financing of organizations of primary health care for 2016 (appendix 2).

4. To the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to develop and approve the schedule of transition to subear financing of organizations of primary health care for 2016 - 2018 at the level of the cities and areas;

- annually till March 15 within work on preparation of the budget statement for the next financial year to represent offers on the size of standard rates of subear financing for organizations of primary health care to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan;
