1. These Aviation rules developed based on the Air code of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Air code) and according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2015 No. 665 "About approval procedure of the aviation rules regulating activities in the field of experimental aircraft, and the list of positions of aviation personnel of experimental aircraft of the Republic of Belarus" for the purpose of maintenance of high level of professional health, increase in functional reliability and efficiency of aircrew, operators of the unmanned aerial vehicles, technical structure and persons which are part of group of management of flights is regulated procedure for medical support of flights of experimental aircraft of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Medical support of flights of experimental aircraft of the Republic of Belarus (further - experimental aircraft) is performed for the purpose of increase in safety of flights, preservation and promotion of health, increase in working capacity and professional longevity of aviation personnel.
3. In these Aviation rules the terms established in the Air code and also the following terms and their determinations are applied:
aviation personnel - the citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens, stateless persons having special preparation and performing activities for safety of flights of aircrafts and aviation safety, for the organization, accomplishment, and also providing and servicing of flights of aircrafts, airborne transportations and aviation works, the organizations, to servicing of air traffic and management of flights;
aviation event (further - the EXPERT) - the aviation incident or incident, other incidents classified as aviation event according to aviation rules;
the unmanned aerial vehicle (further - BLA) - the aircraft intended for accomplishment of flight without crew onboard;
the aircraft (further - AF) - the aircraft supported in the atmosphere due to interaction with air, other than interaction with the air reflected from the Earth's surface or water;
the high-rise compensating suit (further - VKK) - the individual equipment including special set of clothes (coveralls, socks, gloves) and intended for protection of flight aviation personnel against harmful effects of low barometric pressure and its difference (at big heights) in case of possible depressurization of cabin of AF due to creation of regulated external pressure;
sets of the respiratory equipment (further - KDO) - the oxygen and respiratory equipment providing food with oxygen or oxygen air mixture of crew of AF when flying at heights to practical ceiling of flight of AF including in the depressurized cabin and in case of escape of AF;
flight change - the period of time determined by the planned table of flights during which flights are carried out;
aircrew - the faces of aviation personnel having special preparation and the certificate on the right of flight operation of AF of this type and (or) its equipment;
person organizing flights - the head of the organization - the owner of experimental AF or person authorized by it from among administrative board the having flight education and experience of the organization of flights to whom the obligation on the organization (the organization and accomplishment) of flights is assigned;
the medical certificate - the decision of the medical and flight (expert) commission on the validity (worthlessness) of person belonging to the category of aviation personnel for health reasons to flights, management of BLA, management (management) of flights, under certain conditions work and during the certain period of time passed by results of medical examination;
medical examination - set organizationally the actions connected among themselves directed to studying and assessment of the state of health performed concerning aviation personnel held in the amounts necessary and the sufficient for forming of the reasonable conclusion about its professional suitability, and providing carrying out physical examination and medical examination of professional suitability;
