For the purpose of improvement of administration of business activity on transportation of goods and passengers, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Traffic regulations and Basic provisions according to the admission of vehicles to operation and obligations of officials on traffic safety" of August 4, 1999 No. 421, the following amendment:

subitem 2.1.1. Item 2.1 of the Traffic regulations approved by the above-named resolution to add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"the certificate on state registration as the individual entrepreneur either the voluntary patent or their notarized copies - in case of implementation of business activity on transportation of passengers and loads on this vehicle;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
