1. Approve enclosed:

1.1. quarterly values of key performance indicators of work of the Government of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank for 2016;

1.2. work key performance indicators for 2016:

heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus;

chairmen of regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom;

1.3. the list of managing companies of holdings, open joint stock companies and state organizations which work key performance indicators for 2016 are established by the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in coordination with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Determine that:

2.1. for heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom by work key performance indicators also the most important target indicators of customers of state programs for 2016 according to the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus are.

In contracts with the specified heads the stimulation measures directed to achievement of the called key indicators shall be determined;
