About approval of the Concept of energy security of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of strengthening of energy security and increase in energy independence of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Concept of energy security of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Annually till February 15 to provide to the Ministry of Economics, the Department of Energy, the State committee on standardization, the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in National academy of Sciences of Belarus information on results of achievement of the indicators of energy security of the Republic of Belarus determined in the Concept of energy security of the Republic of Belarus.
3. National academy of Sciences of Belarus annually till February 25 to submit in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus the summary report on condition of energy security of the Republic of Belarus with offers on its strengthening.
4. This resolution becomes effective since December 24, 2015.
