I. General provisions

The administrative regulations of provision by Federal Accreditation Service of the state service in provision of data from the unified register of certificates of conformity and the register of the issued certificates of conformity on products included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification, except for certificates of conformity on products for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy are established (further - Administrative regulations) determine terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Federal Accreditation Service (its structural divisions and officials) and its territorial authorities in case of interaction with applicants, federal executive bodies in the course of provision of the state service in provision of data from the unified register of certificates of conformity and the register of the issued certificates of conformity on products, included in the single list of products which are subject to obligatory certification, except for certificates of conformity on products for which the requirements connected with safety in the field of use of atomic energy are established (further respectively - registers, the register, the state service).
