amount of the funds allocated to the Belarusian innovative fund from republican innovative funds (the paragraph third parts one of article 9 of the Law), on 1 492 637, 2 thousand rubles;

the income of republican road fund (part one of Item 1 of article 11 of the Law and appendix 9 to it) on 61 400 000 thousand rubles, expenses of republican road fund (part two of Item 1 of article 11 of the Law and appendix 9 to it) on 61 400 000 thousand rubles according to appendix 4;

uses of means of the state trust budget fund of national development regarding forming of "the family capital" (Item 1 of article 10 of the Law) to 1 677 500 000 thousand rubles;

1.2. increases:

expenses of the republican budget for functional classification of expenses of the budget for Sections, subsections and expense types (Article part one 1, the paragraph third article 4 of the Law and appendix 3 to it) on 658 054 610, 4 thousand rubles according to appendix 5;

expenses of the republican budget on financing of the state investing program (without reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus, republican road fund, means provided on preserving and expansion of agricultural holdings) (the paragraph of the sixth article 4 of the Law) on 700 000 thousand rubles;

the means transferred from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas and the budget of Minsk (Item 1 of article 6 of the Law and appendix 7 to it) according to appendix 6;

the size of the interbudget transfer transferred from the budget of Minsk to the republican budget (Item 3 of article 6 of the Law) on 47 021 700 thousand rubles;

limit of internal public debt of the Republic of Belarus (paragraph two of part one of article 12 of the Law) for 3 trillion rubles;

limit of the internal debt guaranteed by the Republic of Belarus (the paragraph third parts one of article 12 of the Law), for 2 trillion rubles;

1.3. changes of the list of external state loans which servicing and repayment are performed with attraction of financial resources of the republican budget (the paragraph of the sixth part one of article 12 of the Law and appendix 10 to it), according to appendix 7;

1.4. transfers from the budget of the Minsk region to the republican budget of interbudget transfer in the amount of 40 000 000 thousand rubles;

1.5. transfers from the budget of the Grodno region to the republican budget of interbudget transfer in the amount of 12 466 588 thousand rubles.

2. Determine that in 2015:

2.1. from the republican budget to the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus subventions are transferred to expense recovery for payment of public welfare payments to the families raising children, pensions to government employees, pensions for special merits before the republic, pensions to the military personnel of compulsory military service and to members of their families, social pensions, separate types of surcharges, work pensions in the amount no more than 5 850 000 000 thousand rubles (Item 2 of article 6 of the Law);

2.2. the limit of deficit of consolidated budgets of areas makes percent 0,3 from the income of the corresponding consolidated budgets of areas, the limit of budget deficit of Minsk makes 0 (zero) percent from budget receipts of Minsk (part one of Item 1 of article 23 of the Law);
