About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products, its structure and extreme number of staff

Based on part (5) Article 14 and part (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98 of May 4, 2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products, according to appendix No. 1;

structure of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products according to appendix No. 2.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products in number of 8 units.

3. In Item 1 of the Order of the Government No. 363 of June 5, 1995. "About creation of the State inspectorate for supervision of alcoholic products" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 38-39, 293), with subsequent changes and amendments, the text "with the number of staff of 8 units. Activities of Inspection are financed" to exclude from the government budget.

4. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 3.
