About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 152 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 152 "About approval of sample of the form, technical description and the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, destructions of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium, his temporary detention and withdrawal" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 45, the Art. 1188, No. 61, the Art. 1685) changes which are applied.

2. Recognize voided since April 1, 2015 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2014 No. 152

1. In the resolution:

To exclude 1) in the name of the resolution of the word "with the contactless electronic medium";

2) in Item 1:

add Item after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Sample and the technical description on the form of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which does not contain the contactless electronic medium, according to appendices 3 and 4;".

With respect thereto third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth;

in paragraph four of the word "with the contactless electronic medium" to exclude;

Items 2 and 3 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2. Determine that the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which is drawn up and/or issued based on the documents submitted till January 1, 2015 is effective during the term for which it was issued.

3. Enter since January 1, 2015 registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad with the contactless electronic medium and passports of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad which does not contain the contactless electronic medium which samples of forms are approved by this resolution, using means of the Unified state demographic register.".

2. In appendix 2 to the resolution:

1) in item 4:

in the first offer of the paragraph of third of figure and the word "95 grams" to replace with figures and the word "95 ± 5 grams";

in the second offer of the paragraph of the fourth of figure and the word "100 grams" to replace with figures and the word "100 ± 5 grams";

Paragraph one of Item 5 after the word "offset" to add 2) with words ", toffee offset";

Paragraph two of Item 6 to add 3) with the offer of the following content: "One of protective background grids is printed with method of toffee offset printing paint of the gray color passing into lilac.";

4) in Item 8:

To exclude 1) in the name of the Procedure for the word "with the contactless electronic medium";

2) the second offer of Item 2 to state in the following edition: "The citizen of Ukraine who on the religious beliefs refused introduction of information (including the digitized fingerprints of hands) in the contactless electronic medium implanted into the passport for trip abroad has the right to the passport for trip abroad which does not contain the contactless electronic medium.";

Items 5 and 6 to state 4) in the following edition:

"5. Registration, issue of the passport for trip abroad to citizens (including receipts of the digitized fingerprints of hands) is performed by territorial authorities or divisions of GMS irrespective of the residence of the citizen in interaction with the Main computer center of the Unified state demographic register (further - the Main computer center of the Register) and the State center of personalisation of documents (further - the Center).

Introduction of information in Single state the demographic register (further - the Register) is performed with use of departmental information system GMS which is conducted for accounting of data. For entering of information into the Register the statement questionnaire is created.

6. Registration, issue of the passport for trip abroad to citizens who constantly live or temporarily are located abroad (including receipt of the digitized fingerprints of hands), is performed by foreign diplomatic organizations of Ukraine, except as specified, the stipulated in Item 36 presents About, in interaction with the Main computer center of the Register and the Center.

Entering of information into the register is performed with use of departmental information system the MFA which is conducted for accounting of data. For entering of information into the Register the statement questionnaire is created.";
