Bring in the Order of registration, re-registrations of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work, No. 198 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 26, Art. 859; 2014, No. 72, Art. 2028; 2015, No. 55, the Art. 1802, No. 73, the Art. 2404), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Order of registration, re-registrations of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work

1. The ninth - the fourteenth Item 3 to replace paragraphs with paragraphs of the following content:

"Internally displaced persons show the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person and provide its copy.

In case of lack of the documents confirming the dismissal fact, internally displaced persons also show:

the statement for the termination of employment relationships, authenticity of the signature on which is notarized, or the document confirming the employment termination fact (the civil agreement, the statement from the Unified state register of legal and physical persons entrepreneurs), or the relevant decision of court - in case of the termination of employment relationships (the employment termination) judicially;

the settlement document (receipt) confirming transfer of the specified statement to the employer with the registered mail with the inventory of investment.".
