About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning expansion of access for blind people, persons with violations of sight and persons with dyslexia to the works published in special format

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About publishing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 32, Art. 206; 2011, No. 45, Art. 486):

Part third of article 6 after words of "few ethnic minorities" to add 1) with the words "and also the editions audited in special digital format for blind people, persons with violations of sight and persons with dyslexia or printed with relief and dot font for blind people";

Part the fifth Article 26-1 after words of "libraries of Ukraine" to add 2) with the words "including the editions audited in special digital format for blind people, persons with violations of sight and persons with dyslexia or printed with relief and dot font for blind people".

2. In Item 6 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory copy of documents" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, Art. No. 22-23, 199) of the word "copy of editions, audioproducts" shall be replaced with words "copy of editions (including electronic option in the corresponding format which is subject to converting in special digital format for blind people, persons with violations of sight and persons with dyslexia), audioproducts, the audiovisual work with audiodescription".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About libraries and library science" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 23, Art. 177; 2009, No. 39, Art. 557; 2014, No. 5, Art. 62):

Part the second articles 4 after the paragraph of the fifth to add 1) with four new paragraphs of the following content:
