About measures for forming of system of carrying out regular certification of doctors and determination of quota of acceptance in the highest medical educational institutions
For the purpose of ensuring further improvement of quality of the provided medical care to the population, and also enhancement of work on system determination of quota of acceptance in the highest medical educational institutions, proceeding from the real need for specific specialists in the directions and specialties, for agreement with the priority directions of reforming of health care system of the republic, the Cabinet of Ministers decides completions of the medical organizations by the highly qualified specialists having profound theoretical knowledge and practical skills:
1. Determine the main directions of further enhancement of the operating system by preparation and advanced training of medical personnel:
forming of system of carrying out regular certification of doctors of the medical organizations of system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on post compliance;
creation of the conditions providing satisfaction fully of requirements of the population, especially in the rural zone in qualified medical care, forming of the circle promoting implementation of process of continuous professional development of doctors in the directions of specialization;
further enhancement of procedure for determination of quota of acceptance in the highest medical educational institutions according to the real needs of health care system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for medical personnel with the higher education in the directions and specialties.
2. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for carrying out regular certification of doctors of the medical organizations of system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on post compliance according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on procedure for determination of quota of acceptance in the highest medical educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
