About temporary funds of compulsory medical insurance (the temporary budget) for 2016
Due to the existing circumstances which determine impossibility of approval until the end of the current year of the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2016, according to Art. 57 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 from 25.07.2014, items 29, to podp.a) the Charter of National medical insurance company approved by the Order of the Government No. 156 of 11:02. 2002, and the Decision of Administrative board No. 1 of 15.12.2015 I ORDER:
1. Apply, since January 1, 2016 temporary funds of compulsory medical insurance (the temporary budget) for 2016 according to the income and on expenses in the amount 5 160 098,4 of one thousand lei.
1) the Main indicators and sources of financing of temporary funds of compulsory medical insurance (the temporary budget) for the income, expenses, and sources of financing are provided in appendix 1.
2) the Structure of the income of temporary funds of compulsory medical insurance (the temporary budget) is provided in appendix 1.1.
3) Programs of expenses of temporary funds of compulsory medical insurance (the temporary budget) are provided in appendix 2.
2. Determine that temporary funds of compulsory medical insurance (the temporary budget) for 2016 are created and performed according to provisions of the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2015 No. 74 of 12.04.2015 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 102-104/176 from 28.04.2015).
3. Reduction of fee of the compulsory medical insurance estimated in the form of fixed amount is effective till March 31, 2016, and the share of reduction and category of payers for which the fee decreases are established according to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2015.
4. Effective period of this order expires along with entry into force of the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2016.
