About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2015 No. 198 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered in the field of family and children"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2015 No. 198 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered in the field of family and children" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11184, published in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of Ad_let on June 18, 2015) the following changes:

The standard of the state service "Broadcast of Child(children) on Foster Education" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this order;

The standard of the state service "Registration of Persons Wishing to Adopt Children" approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To committee on protection of the rights of children of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Makenova A. M.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
