About approval of standards of the state services rendered in the field of technical and professional, postsecondary education

According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the standard of the state service "Transfer and Recovery of Students in the Organizations of Education Realizing Educational Programs of Technical and Professional, Postsecondary Education" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of the state service "Issue of the Reference to Persons Which Did Not Complete Technical and Professional, Postsecondary Education" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To department of upgrade of professional and postsecondary education (Kalenova D. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Imangaliyev E. N.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
