The governments of state members of Eurasian economic community (EurAsEC) which are hereinafter referred to as by the Parties
based on the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000, the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999 and the Agreement on single measures of non-tariff regulation when forming the Customs union of October 22, 1997,
aiming to create favorable conditions for effective functioning of single economic and customs space,
wishing to promote development of the balanced, mutually advantageous commercial and scientific and technical intercourses with each other and with the third states,
confirming the commitment to the principles of nonproliferation and rocket means of its delivery,
proceeding from need of ensuring protection of national interests and safety of the states,
agreed as follows:
The parties provide establishment in the states of single procedure for the export control including set of the harmonized regulations and rules regulating foreign economic activity concerning separate types of raw materials, materials, the equipment, technologies and services which can be used during creation of weapons of mass destruction and rocket means of its delivery, other types of arms and military equipment (further hereinafter are referred to as - the goods and technologies which are subject to export control), and uniform application of these regulations and rules.
The parties provide realization of single procedure for export control according to this agreement and the legislation of the states without prejudice to obligations of the states according to international treaties in the field of nonproliferation and rocket means of its delivery, and also export control.
