According to the subitem 3 of Item 9 of the Protocol on carrying out coordinated policy in the field of ensuring unity of measurements (appendix №10 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 14 of appendix №2 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, and for the purpose of realization of Item 3 of the Protocol on recognition of results of works on accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (appendix №11 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) regarding providing and the organization of carrying out interlaboratory comparative researches (interlaboratory checkings) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for the organization of carrying out interlaboratory comparative researches (interlaboratory checkings).

Determine that the specified Procedure does not extend to the relations connected with inclusion of test laboratories (centers) in the Unified register of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) of the Customs union according to the Regulations on procedure for inclusion of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) in the Unified register of certification bodies and test laboratories (centers) of the Customs union, and also its forming and maintaining approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 №319.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 1 year from the date of its official publication.
